Choose from seven standard sizes and the available linen colors. Your box can be ordered blank, personalized using one of our sixteen pre-made design styles, or finished with artwork or a monogram supplied by you.

CHOOSING A SIZE

Smaller formats work well when reception-table space is limited or when you prefer a more understated box.

Larger formats provide additional internal space and a stronger visual presence. They may be more suitable for larger receptions or events where guests are likely to bring thicker cards and envelopes.

Card capacity varies according to envelope size, thickness, and decoration, so we do not assign a fixed guest-count capacity to each size.

Because each box is assembled and finished individually, measurements may vary slightly. Usable internal space is also slightly smaller than the listed outer dimensions because of the box walls and construction.

DESIGN COLOR

Screen settings and photography can affect how colors appear. Shiny and metallic finishes reflect surrounding light, so the physical material may look slightly different from the online swatch.

DIGITAL MOCK-UP AND APPROVAL

After your order is received, a member of our team reviews your selected design, wording, notes, design color, and any uploaded artwork.

We prepare a digital mock-up showing the proposed layout and send it for approval before production.

Please check all names, initials, dates, wording, and positioning carefully. Production begins after the required mock-up has been approved.

Each wedding card box is made to order by our team in North Carolina.

How your order moves through production

1. Order review

We check the selected box size, linen color and personalization route.

2. Artwork preparation

For personalized orders, we review your selected template, wording, notes, design color and any uploaded artwork.

3. Digital mock-up

We prepare a mock-up and send it for your approval using the contact details supplied with your order.

4. Approval

Review all names, initials, dates, wording and layout carefully. Production begins after the required mock-up has been approved.

5. Production and finishing

Your box is assembled, wrapped, personalized by hand and checked by our production team.

6. Packing and dispatch

The completed box is inspected, carefully packed, and dispatched. Tracking information is sent when the order leaves our studio.

Production times

Standard production

Standard production is approximately 2 weeks.

For personalized boxes, production begins after the digital mock-up has been approved, not on the original order date.

Rush production

Rush production reduces the production time to approximately 3–5 business days and is available for an additional $45. Select Rush my order in the product builder before adding the box to your cart.

Shipping time is additional to both standard and rush production times.

Large quantities, custom sizes or unusually complex artwork may require additional time. Contact us before ordering when working with a large order or a particularly tight event deadline.

Rush orders

Rush production may be available for orders required within approximately 3–5 business days.

Please contact us before placing a rush order. Rush availability must be confirmed and may depend on:

• Artwork complexity
• Mock-up approval speed
• Current production volume
• Order quantity

Rush production refers to the time required to make the box and does not automatically include shipping time.

Working to a wedding date

Order as early as possible when working to a fixed ceremony or reception date.

Include your event date in the order notes, but do not assume a particular arrival date unless it has been confirmed by our team. Delays in approving a mock-up can delay production and dispatch.

Large orders, custom sizes and orders placed during busy seasonal periods may require additional production time.
