Order questions

For questions about an existing order, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. This helps us find your order quickly and give you the most accurate update.

Personalization questions

Many of our products can be personalized with foil stamping or USB engraving. You will usually be able to preview your personalization before checkout, but the final foil or engraving color, scale, and placement may vary slightly because each item is finished individually.

If you are unsure what to enter, which foil color to choose, or whether your wording will work well on a product, please contact us before ordering.

Custom and bulk orders

We can help with custom box enquiries, logo boxes, studio-branded presentation, bulk orders, and packaging ideas outside our standard product options. Please send us as much detail as you can, including the product type, quantity, size, color, personalization needs, and any deadline you are working toward.
