My package status says "delivered" but I haven't received it?

If your package has been marked as delivered but you haven't received it please contact your local post office. We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we can not make any guarantees on delivery times. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, with exception of USB's, which we cannot ship to Europe.

How long does shipping usually take?

Most orders typically ship within 2 - 5 business days. Processing times may be longer during busy seasons and the holiday rush. We cannot edit, add to, or change orders once they are placed. Please double check your shipping address and cart contents before ordering.

How do I check the status of my order?

We send a confirmation email to you with a tracking link from hello@photographerboxes.com when your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping note

Please make sure your color selection, size and shipping address are correct before you purchase. Once orders are placed we cannot change them. We are not responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address. Any orders that are marked as “Return to Sender” will be treated as a return and a refund will be issued as soon as it is processed unless it is a customized product. We do not provide refunds or discounts for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Do you have a bulk discount?

Yes, orders over $200 will automatically get 10% off in your cart. Orders over $1000 will receive 15% off. The discount applies for any combination of products. We do not have special discounts for bulk orders of a single product.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, for orders of approximately 50+ pieces. We do not do custom orders for quantities less than 50 pieces. Please contact us for details.

What is your lead time for custom orders?

It varies depending on the request. Please contact us for details.

Can you provide a mock-up?

Mock-ups can be provided for glass boxes and USB's. We do not provide mock-ups for linen boxes. If you'd like to receive a mock-up of your request this can be requested on the product page before adding to your cart.
