Our Story
Made for photographers who care about the handover
Photographer Boxes creates personalized photo boxes, USB presentation boxes, USB flash drives, and client delivery packaging for photographers, studios, creatives, and gift buyers.
We believe the way photos are delivered matters. A gallery, print collection, or wedding film should not feel like an afterthought once the work is finished. It should feel considered, personal, and ready to be kept.
That is why we make presentation products that help turn client delivery into something more polished, more memorable, and more meaningful.
Our story
Hello, we are Anastasia and Jordan, the husband-and-wife team behind Photographer Boxes.
We started Photographer Boxes in 2017 as a small Etsy shop, built from a very practical need. As a full-time wedding and family photographer, Anastasia knew how much care went into creating a finished gallery, but often felt there were not enough good options for delivering that work to clients.
Loose prints, plain packaging, and standard USB drives never quite matched the feeling of the images themselves. We wanted something that felt more complete. Something photographers could be proud to hand over. Something clients would want to keep.
That idea became Photographer Boxes.
Built from real photography experience
Photographer Boxes was not started as a packaging company guessing what photographers might need. It came from years of working with real clients, delivering real galleries, and understanding the small details that shape the client experience.
Anastasia’s background in wedding and family photography still shapes the way we think about every product. We know photographers need presentation that looks good, feels reliable, photographs well, and makes sense in a real workflow.
Jordan leads much of the production, operations, and day-to-day running of the business, helping turn those ideas into products that can be made carefully, consistently, and at a price that works for working photographers.
Made and finished in-house
We are a small, owner-operated business, and that is a big part of how we work.
Our boxes are made, assembled, personalized, checked, and packed in-house. We handle the details ourselves, from linen finishes and magnetic closures to foil personalization, USB engraving, and final quality checks.
That hands-on process matters to us. It means we are close to the products, close to the orders, and close to the customers using them.
Whether you are ordering one personalized photo box for a special gift or building a consistent delivery system for your studio, we want every order to feel carefully considered.
Why we do this
For photographers, the final delivery is often the last physical touchpoint in the client experience.
It is the moment when the gallery becomes something tangible. It is when printed photos, USB drives, wedding films, and keepsake pieces are handed over, opened, stored, and remembered.
We make products for that moment.
Our goal is to help photographers deliver their work in a way that feels thoughtful, polished, and personal without making the process complicated. From linen photo boxes and USB boxes to complete photo + USB delivery sets, every product is designed to support a better client handover.
From our family to your clients
Photographer Boxes has grown a lot since our first Etsy orders, but the heart of the business is still the same.
We are here to make useful, beautiful, practical products for photographers who care about their clients. We are grateful every time a photographer, studio, or gift buyer chooses our work to help present something meaningful.
If you are here for client delivery, studio packaging, wedding keepsakes, personalized USB drives, or a custom box idea, thank you for considering us.
We are glad you are here.
